KINVIYO™ is a Family Awareness Platform developed and operated by Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited (“Nexvoria” or “We” or “Company”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

KINVIYO™ is designed to help families — across India and internationally — organize and share awareness of their family identity, assets, liabilities, health information, insurance policies, and post-loss guidance in one structured, private, and secure platform. KINVIYO™ does not manage, invest, transfer, or hold money or financial instruments on behalf of any user.

This pre-launch period is a limited-time opportunity for early adopters to secure their spot on the KINVIYO™ platform before the full application opens to the public. The full platform is scheduled to launch approximately 30 (thirty) days after the pre-launch commencement date (the “Launch Date”), subject to change at Nexvoria’s discretion with prior notice to registered users.

The KINVIYO™ pre-launch website and pre-booking facility is open to individuals worldwide. To register a valid pre-booking, you must meet all of the following conditions:

By completing a pre-booking, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. Nexvoria reserves the right to cancel any pre-booking obtained through inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information, without any liability or refund obligation.

A pre-booking constitutes a reservation of early access to the KINVIYO™ platform upon its official Launch Date. It is not a software purchase, a full-platform subscription, or a guarantee of any specific features.

Where a pre-booking fee applies to your chosen plan or tier, all amounts are clearly stated at the time of registration. For users in India, amounts are stated in Indian Rupees (INR).

All payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway authorized under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy. Nexvoria does not store, process, or access your card numbers, bank account details, or other financial credentials.

Nexvoria reserves the right to modify pre-booking pricing at any time. However, any pricing confirmed to you at the time of a completed paid pre-booking will be honoured at launch, subject to the cancellation and refund policy in Section 6.

The full KINVIYO™ application is targeted for launch within 30 (thirty) days of the pre-launch commencement date. Nexvoria will communicate the confirmed Launch Date to all pre-booked users via their registered email address at least 7 (seven) days before the platform goes live.

Nexvoria makes no binding guarantee as to the exact Launch Date. Technical, regulatory, or operational circumstances may require adjustments. In the event the full platform launch is delayed by more than 60 (sixty) days beyond the originally communicated Launch Date, pre-booked users who have made a paid pre-booking will be entitled to a full refund upon written request.

You may cancel your pre-booking at any time before the Launch Date by sending a written cancellation request to connect@kinviyo.com from your registered email address, along with your pre-booking confirmation number.

Approved refunds for transactions processed via Razorpay will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days, subject to Razorpay’s processing timelines and your bank’s policies.

Nexvoria reserves the right to reject refund claims where fraudulent or repeated misuse of the pre-booking process is detected. Data collected during registration will be deleted upon confirmed cancellation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

KINVIYO™ is strictly an awareness and family information organization tool. It is not, and does not purport to be, a registered financial advisor, portfolio manager, stockbroker, insurance broker, legal advisor, medical professional, or any other regulated service provider in India or any other jurisdiction.

Nothing on the KINVIYO™ platform, website, or communications constitutes financial, legal, medical, tax, or investment advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for such matters.

KINVIYO™ operates on a Privacy First principle. The platform is designed so that no banking passwords, account credentials, or transactional access to any financial account is required or stored at any time.

Personal data provided during pre-booking will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.

Nexvoria will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

By using the KINVIYO™ pre-launch website and platform, you acknowledge and consent to Nexvoria using data derived from your use of the platform for the following internal purposes, strictly on an anonymized and aggregated basis:

The legal basis for this processing is your consent given at the time of registration, as required under the DPDPA, 2023. You retain the right to withdraw this consent at any time by writing to connect@kinviyo.com.

All intellectual property relating to KINVIYO™ — including the name, logo, trademark (™), platform design, concept, software architecture, the six-phase family awareness methodology, pre-launch content, and all associated materials — is the exclusive property of Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Your pre-booking grants you no license, right, title, or interest in any KINVIYO™ intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the KINVIYO™ platform, website, or pre-launch materials without the prior written consent of Nexvoria.

By accessing the KINVIYO™ pre-launch website, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

The KINVIYO™ pre-launch website and all associated pre-launch materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without representation or warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Product features, pricing structures, platform capabilities, timelines, and third-party integrations described during the pre-launch phase are indicative only and subject to change. They do not constitute binding commitments or representations about the final delivered product. Nexvoria makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access to the pre-launch website.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and authorized partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

In any event, Nexvoria’s maximum aggregate liability to any pre-booked user shall not exceed the pre-booking fee actually paid by that user, if any.

The KINVIYO™ pre-launch website is accessible globally. Nexvoria makes no representation that the content, offering, or pre-booking is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users who access the website from outside India do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Nexvoria is incorporated and operates solely from Gurugram, Haryana, India. It does not have any offices, branches, agents, or legal presence in any country outside India.

Taxes, duties, or levies applicable to pre-booking fees in the user’s country of residence are the user’s sole responsibility. For Indian users, GST shall apply as per prevailing rates at the time of the transaction.

Nexvoria reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version with its updated effective date will be posted on the KINVIYO™ website. For material changes that affect the rights of pre-booked users, Nexvoria will send advance notice to registered email addresses at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued engagement with the pre-launch website, or your retention of a pre-booking after revised terms are posted, constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may cancel your pre-booking as described in Section 6.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

For international users, by agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India for the resolution of any dispute relating to this agreement or the KINVIYO™ platform.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Nexvoria designates a Grievance Officer to receive and address complaints. All grievances submitted in writing will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
