01What is KINVIYO™?

A private layer above your existing finances. It is not a bank, a fintech app, a will service or a vault — it is a map of what exists, and who should know.

02Do you store my passwords?

Never. The map holds institution names, categories and nominee mapping. No passwords, OTPs, balances or account numbers.

03Where are my documents stored?

In your own Google Drive or OneDrive. KINVIYO™ keeps references only.

04How is this different from a will or DigiLocker?

A will is a moment. KINVIYO™ is a living system: it sends alerts, adapts to life events and runs the handoff when it matters.

05What happens if I am gone?

After a death certificate is verified (3–5 business days), your Legacy Statement is released, your nominees are notified, and your subscription and cloud ownership transfer at no cost.

06Can KINVIYO™ move my money?

No. It has no ability to move funds or make transfers of any kind.

07Is it available on mobile?

Web first, with iOS and Android apps and biometric login.

08Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime from your account settings. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.

09Who builds KINVIYO™?

Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited, Gurugram — a certified Microsoft Partner.
